We specialize in providing localized solutions, including KD (Knocked Down) assembly options, ensuring that our partners can maintain local employment and adapt vehicles to regional environmental regulations and road conditions.
Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor operates two massive production bases in Liuzhou, Guangxi, the only city in China housing vehicle production for the four major automobile groups. Our commercial vehicle base covers 2.128 million square meters, capable of producing 100,000 medium and heavy trucks annually. Meanwhile, our passenger vehicle base produces 400,000 vehicles and 100,000 engines per year.
We manage the entire production process: Stamping, Welding, Painting, and Final Assembly. This vertical integration allows for strict quality control and cost optimization, which we pass on to our global distributors and suppliers.
Recognizing the need for local industrialization, we offer SKD and CKD (Semi/Completely Knocked Down) solutions. Our professional team handles preliminary negotiation, factory planning, and technical guidance for local assembly plants.
